Hmmmn, refreshing!

Yet often the most effective study techniques available are not implemented. Spaced repetition is a powerful, evidence based study technique that can enhance learning and long time retention of medical knowledge. Graduate students in a variety of disciplines, but most especially medical students, could benefit from understanding and using spaced repetition to produce more knowledgeable and better-informed doctors. J&J: How Can I Stay Focused?

Dear J&J,

I am always distracted. I try to study but I find that I’ve spent two hours reading Reddit and I haven’t been able to focus. Once I sit down to study I’m on Facebook. I live alone and even when I study in my apartment I can’t keep my mind focused.

Moving Beyond Cramming
